Is there an option to cc someone in a tickets who is outside of the TEAM/GROUP email lists? I had often come across this scenario wherein this was needed. To resolve this, I had thought of adding these users in a separate group, and include this group when creating tickets. But the problem here was that, there is no option to add multiple group members, because I needed to first include the group to whom the ticket is to be assigned. Once it is added, there is not option to add the second group.
