Couple of observations

I would like to appreciate your work and dedication towards the trudesk. It is great software.

I have some couple of observation

  1. Page loading is taking more time and also lots of data download from the backend on every page load (can we optimize that).
  2. For integration with the existing system, API should be more generic and not trudesk specific. like ownerId is not available so it should create the tickets on the basis of Email Id and also if it’s not existing customer then create new user 1st, assigne group, and create a ticket on the spot.
