Implement customizable email templates. Allowing admin users to configure templates for the following emails sent by trudesk:

  • Create Account
  • Create Ticket
  • Ticket Updated
  • Comment Posted
  • Ticket Closed / Resolved
  • Forgot Password
  • Reset Layer 2 Auth
