Duplicate token for push service and never received the first one

Hi

regarding another topic in forum (Uable to signup to for push notification) , the push notification service was bad some days ago .

I ask for a key some times ago but never received any token or update about my request. Now, when I try to ask for a token/key, the website says :

  • E11000 duplicate key error index: trudesk-push.accounts.$hostname_1 dup key: { : “XXXX.xxx.com” }

(with the right url of my website of course) . How to retrieve an access to push service ?

Login to push is not ok , but not able to connect mobile application .

What error is the mobile app giving. You must connect the mobile app to your Trudesk instance not the push server.
