Presently, the replies to ticket emails are being created as a new ticket. Instead, it would have been a very good feature, had the reply emails comes in as a thread to the original ticket.

We have been using Trudesk in our office on a trial basis. We are really impressed with all the features available in it. We were using the standalone version hosted locally in our office. Is there any chance that this “email thread” feature can be made available to this version ?
