Error in mail server

Mail server not connected . when try to connect mailer i got below error.

port: 993

This is not an error with trudesk, this is a misconfiguration on your settings. Please refer to the gmail IMAP documentation. It states SSL is required for port 993.

Please configured your setting correctly. I have tested gmail and it works correctly when configured correctly.

Hi I had configured the mail and its giving a message that
2/27 16:25:35 [1896] - e[34mdebuge[39m: Processed 1 Mail> Ticket
However the ticket is not showing in the active tickets.

Kindly let me know did i miss any configuration.
