How to attach .pdf or other files than pictures with ticket comments

Hi

I can’t drag/drop .pdf file (nothing happened) when I create a ticket or when replying to one. Is there a way to easily add an upload button, please? Or another way to attach pdf files?

Thanks but when I click on the ‘attach button’ I can select my file but it doesn’t add the file to the ticket.

Where can I ‘view’ my attached file, please?

Also when I’m creating a new ticket I don’t have this button. I must create ticket then I have this ‘attach button’ (see picture below).

I forgot to mention that I have a console error on loading the page (about WebSocket), it can be the cause of not attaching files?
