After completing the installation I’m asked to prompt Username and Password, but still figured out where to find an admin\default user credentials.
Can you help me?

You should have set up an Admin account during the install wizard.
Sorry but I don’t have any user creation step during installation. I can only setup elasticsearch and mongodb connection, and then I’m prompted to restart node.js in order to complete the installation.
I’m making the installation on windows server.

Does it connect to MongoDB successfully?
I just ran a test of the installer on v1.1.10 using the ubuntu one-liner on GitHub and everything with the installer ran fine.
The installer is built into trudesk on the first run so it should be independent rather Linux, windows, macOS.
Do you get the prompt for a “New Database” or “Existing Database” after successfully connecting to Mongodb?
