Missing knowledge base featue

hi,
i noticed that in the cloud version there is a knowledge base feature that is not available in the github repo version.

is it intentional or am i missing something?
i would really like to have that feature in my self hosted trudesk

That is a feature that is only in the cloud version. The self hosted version is of an older core and will likely get most of the same features at a later date when the core is redone.
