Mobile app not working -

Hi .

Every time I try to connect to my server, the mobile application connection failed, message is “Could not connect. Please check server and try again”.

In server field : myserver.mydomain.com (without https://)
In username : an Admin username (agent) from my server
In password: the right password

Is the app working with self hosted server ?

i had the same problem. Add :8118 (default trudesk port), something like this… myserver.mydomain.com:8118
