No API key assigned to this user when login

Hey everyone,

I am in testing phase for my company currently for a ticketing system. I am having a friend try to create a ticket through mail. The ticket gets created and he has an user account created, when he tries to login he gets this error “No API key assigned to this user”

Please assist

He must be trying to login to the mobile app? What version of server you running?

Unfortunately not, trying to log in through a web interface. I am running v1.1.2.

That error isn’t possible on the web interface unless you are using the /mobile view.

you need to use /login
