Hi, i have an issue on a new installation. When updating a ticket, no mail to the client will be sent. At the settings, there is no option for “ticket-updated”, as seen in the feature:
Currently, the new email notification template system is in a beta state. Much of its core functionality is in place. The system comes with a visual editor for creating the email templates. It utilizes a third-party component (https://grapesjs.com/ ) for this functionality.
Some features of the visual editor are still being customized to work correctly within trudesk.

Is there any configuration missing or do you have any hint for me?
Version is 1.1.10, we are using the docker image.

@polonel What could be the reason? I am using the latest version of trudesk. Also I am not able to edit email templates as well. Getting same message as show in “Template editing is not available · Issue #550 · polonel/trudesk · GitHub ”
Same issue, I’ve tried everything perhaps it’s a known bug/issue awaiting release fix??
