No E-Mail when updating a Ticket

Hi, i have an issue on a new installation. When updating a ticket, no mail to the client will be sent. At the settings, there is no option for “ticket-updated”, as seen in the feature:

Is there any configuration missing or do you have any hint for me?
Version is 1.1.10, we are using the docker image.

@polonel What could be the reason? I am using the latest version of trudesk. Also I am not able to edit email templates as well. Getting same message as show in “Template editing is not available · Issue #550 · polonel/trudesk · GitHub

Same issue, I’ve tried everything perhaps it’s a known bug/issue awaiting release fix??
