I tried freescout and chatwoot and am now trying trudesk i deployed it through caprover, email worked fine with the other 2 apps and i used the exact same credentials and settings in trudesk
When i enter smtp and test it says successful, for imap it says checking scheduled but it never retrieves email
I did disable email fetching in the other 2 apps so there is no conflict
