i have a feature that could be kind of good to distinguish ticket group or priority by having specific color for overdue tickets. To easily without having to read know what group of ticket it is.
i dont know know if what i said make sense but its my idea in general.
I plan on making the overdue color customizable. I’m not sure if I want to make it customizable for each priority. I’m worried it will make the screen too “busy”
Actually the issue is that when several tickets are blinking the users cannot priorities which ticket to treat first. so having the possibility to change the color for a group or priority would make it much easier.
This an example of my workspace right now. its a mess when all blink at once and same color.
