Reception mails

I have successfully installed Trudesk on my system and everything appears to be working as expected. However, I would like to request that new tickets be automatically notified to a Microsoft 365 email account. This would help ensure that the relevant team members are promptly informed when a new ticket is created.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if notifications were also sent via email whenever there are updates or modifications made to a ticket. This will ensure that everyone involved in the ticket resolution process stays up to date in real-time.

I am currently using Trudesk Version 1.2.10, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or instructions on how to configure this feature.
