yes I do. i know it is in beta but still trying it though

That image is the default mailer template and not the beta template. Try to turn the beta feature off and back on. (Restarting when you turn it off and back on).

Sometimes it seems to get stuck using the default mail template even though the beta email template is actually on.

I recently installed trudesk and I am not sure if I have the beta template enabled. I toggled the button for new email templates but the open editor is disabled. I installed grapesjs via npm on the server. I also disabled the new templates, restarted the server, enabled the templates, and restarted the server again but no avail. Am I missing a step?
