I’ve been using the API to create tickets and a large number (~200) were created in one hit that shouldn’t have been. I deleted them directly from the MongoDB (since I couldnt find an easy way to bulk delete from the UI) but now when I go to the dashboard the ticket stats are not appearing and keeps saying ‘cache still loading’
Need to see what errors are logged on the server if any. There is the check boxes on the ticket view and a drop down that delete the tickets.
can we please get an easier way to do bulk delete, e.g. a select all for the checkboxes
