I have been trying for some time to get tickets created by email with no success.
The emails are marked as read in the mailbox but never processed in trudesk.
It is a standard IMAP mailbox (dovecot server)
Trudesk is version 1.2.9 on a fresh portainer stack (re-installed multiple times) and tested on a clean Ubuntu 20.04LTS install using the installation script but I keep getting the same errors.
I have confirmed connection to mongo DB and listed tickets directly from the mongo shell but nothing is in the tables.
For what it is worth elasticsearch is also in sync.
I enabled development mode to try and get more logs but nothing helpful is shown the log just stops at “Processing 1 Mail”
I have tried sending from different accounts.
I have enabled “Create Account” under mailer settings (accounts do not get created)
I have registered a customer and sent from the same customer’s mailbox
I have also tried sending HTML and plain text messages but results are the same
I have tried searching the forum for a solution but one has not been forthcomming
