Tickets Not Resolving

I’m evaluating Trudesk and have an unfortunate issue that even when a ticket is closed, the system does not appear to recognize it as resolved. This has a two-fold effect of leaving tickets flashing as “overdue” after a few days:

It also prevent the “tickets completed” stat on the dashboard from updating.

I’ve poured through the settings but cannot seem to find something that will resolve these issues. I doubled checked to ensure that the “Closed” ticket has the appropriate toggles but to no avail.

I’ve noticed the same thing, and there is no way to change this. You can’t reopen the ticket and remove the Due Date to try to force it off.
The only solution is to turn off the setting in settings altogether.
