Unable to get mailer check to work with gmail

I have less secure apps turned on and I know all my settings are correct. I also have Create Account turned on and have restarted the server.

I am using the docker version of trudesk and cant seem to find where the logs are. If I can get some help with that then I could provide more information.

I am on 1.1.10 and had the same issue, Ended up changing to port 993 and starting and stopping the server a couple of times through the interface and that seemed to work. I also had to enable less secure apps in gmail.

Yes, less secure must be enabled on your Google Account.
