When is the free cloud version coming live?

Hi @polonel, I was told 2 months back that trudesk is going to have a free cloud solution. Can you please let me when you are planning to make it live?

Did you apply to the beta program? Every trudesk instance has a link to it and it’s on the website.

Yes I applied it for it longback and I even applied it today. No response yet
