Can't create new tickets

Screen Shot 2019-12-26 at 2.23.49 PM

For some reason, I’m not able to create any tickets, any suggestions on how to resolve this? It’s basically a brand new installation of Trudesk on Ubuntu 16.04 hosted in AWS.

what version?

Version 1.1.0

Thanks. Checking on the changes that were made in 1.1

I’m still trying to reproduce. Can you provide me with a little more information.

Was this an upgrade or fresh deployment?
Was this an install using the Ubuntu Script or manually?
Are you use an agent/admin account or customer/user account?
What was the method the ticket was submitted? (Email, Web, API)

  • Fresh Deployment
  • Ubuntu Script
  • Admin account
  • Web based (through the + sign to create a new ticket)
Upon checking again now, I don’t receive that error anymore, it just simply disconnects my session… Really weird. I attached two screenshots. Once I click “Create”, it disconnects me and doesn’t make the ticket.

**Edit: I refreshed the website and the tickets showed up… interesting.

Thank you for the help. I am going to investigate on a fresh deployment as everything works correctly on my development database.

Can you confirm if you configured / enabled ElasticSearch?

And if your getting the disconnected, the server is probably crashing and restarting.
can you send me the output of pm2 logs trudesk

ElasticSearch is not enabled and I didn’t configure it upon setting it up.

Is your group not a member of any departments? Did you remove all the departments?

I think you need to create a Customer Group on deploying a new system of creating a new issue will throw that error.
